One of the biggest reasons that I am affiliated with Keller Williams is that I am free to run my business the best way that I see fit.  I don't need permission from my office or company to set my fees or commissions.  I do what is best for my clients.  

 

I have a 4-Tier Fee and Commission schedule which gives you the following benefits:

Standard Service

Provides traditional and cutting edge Real Estate services and marketing at a highly competitive rate.

Premium Service

Adds a multi-faceted advertising and marketing campaign including a highly targeted Internet advertising campaign showcasing your home.

Executive Service

Adds targeted marketing campaign for large estates and other homes priced at the very top level of their market where there will be fewer and very select buyers.

Custom Service Specifically designed commission and/or fees for homes that are unique or would not benefit fully from the other 3 levels.

Other Services

  • Easy Exit Listing Guarantee 

All Standard Services and above receive a guarantee that  allows you to terminate the listing at anytime if you are not happy with my services.

  • Internet 'Commercials' with targeted Internet ads 

Any agent can provide still pictures and virtual tours.  I can provide full motion video with sound and advertise those commercials to targeted buyers that are right for your home.  

  • Real-Time Internet Advertising 

Let's face facts.  Print advertising is not effective at selling homes.  Print ads can take weeks or even months to run.  By the time they come out, the situation might have changed, you have very little feedback on their success, plus if you need to change your approach, it will take several more weeks or months to run new ads.  But most agents still use them - why?  Because print ads market the agent not your home.  

I have a different approach.  

Since conservative estimates are that greater than 65% of buyer in the Triangle use the Internet to find their next home, I do the common sense thing - I use the Internet.   I have an advertising system that allows me to;

  • Monitor the traffic that it is producing

  • See what people are searching for when they are looking for your home

  • See what people are searching for when they are NOT looking for your home

  • Develop a multi-faceted ad campaign that can reach different types of buyers in different regions of the country.

  • Adjust the ads on a real-time basis so that changes take place immediately
